fleet consisting of 206 machines "Earth Moving M/Cs,
Asphalt equipment, Generators, Trailers, Cranes & small
cars"working in different sites all around Egypt,
b) Preparing equipment's annual budget and spare parts
procurement plan including the following:
- Periodic maintenance requirements
- Planned major overhauls
- Consumable’s requirements
- Expected parts
- Workshops'special tools requirements.
c) Managing the equipment monthly reports analysis in order
to improve the equipment availability & production with
the lowest cost possible.
d) Planning for the new machines' requirements.
e) Preparing the commercial & technical studies related to the
new mobile equipment required by the present or the future
projects.
