Key Account Manager - Retail Dec 2014 Present,

Duties & responsibilities,

Prepare annual budget for sales division, set sales targets, monitor performance against targets.
Prepare marketing plan and sales forecast for sales division and submit to Branch Sales Manager
Review data on competitor's activities,
Analyze market trends and make recommendations to GM Sales for enhancing market share.
Identify, set and agree on KPIs and objectives.
Prepare performance planning (PP) and conduct performance appraisal (PA) and,
Interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities and approve training requests.
Bid for direct tenders and for sub contractors, negotiate prices, specifications modifications, finalize prices along with pricing committee and ensure submission of tender on Closing Date.
Review and approve quotations, sales invoice and discounts above the set limits.
Arrange special training on vehicles for the customer if needed.
Develop and maintain key relationships within key accounts
