Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements . + Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget . + Presenting alongside agency colleagues the campaign ideas and budget to the client . + Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies . + Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns . + Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification . + Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients . + Writing client reports + Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns . + Undertaking administration tasks . + Follow up With Customer to ensure their Needs + Arranging and attending meetings . + Try to open new business with Direct Clients & New Agency.
- Handling face to face enquirers from customers. - Helping in Rebranding process (WATANIYA - OOredOO) - Achieve target by selling new promo & serve customers to achieve service target also. - Closing cash drawer daily. - Meeting with our mangers to discuss the best way to improve the sales. - Generate daily sales report and send to the management. - Weekly inventory sent to the management. - Receiving all customer's complaints and create troubleshooting ticket to be solve the issue ASAP. - Preparing schedule for staff weekly. - Evaluate employees monthly. - Order and receive necessary stock. - Request all necessary material that branch need. - Answer product queries and provide client reassurance. - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. - Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. - Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries. - Achieve sales of OOredOO's products and Services. - Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. - Promote OOredOO and its products and services. - Provide customer service at all stages of sales/conversion process - Receiving all customer's complaints and create troubleshooting ticket to be solve ASAP. - Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office. - Work within Risk policies and procedures . - Time Management .
- Active all Dealers transactions on RAS system and oracle system. - Teach dealers how to login to NPG system to port in numbers (VIVA-ZAIN) to OOREDOO Telecom. - Launching RAS System, configure, test for all OOredOO Dealers. - Test all Dealers Usernames on RAS. - Update customer information. - Monitoring emails to support the Dealers and solve all issue that they faced. - Handling all dealers’ problems through hotline. - Teach the dealers how to use SUPER DAS to send activation request on it.
-Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments
-Develop schemes of work and lesson plans
-Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials.
