Due to Saudization, we cannot get an Egyptian visa with a proper profession
I have resigned from Qatar Logistics in order to join, but due to blockade & political situation, I cannot get visa, as there is a ban for visas in Qatar
• Manages mentors and directs the sales team with special focus on freight forwarding, customs clearance services & warehousing activities.
• Creates new markets and increases data base of active client.
• Designs and introduces new freight products in coordination with global partners network
• Communicates and builds strong business relation with global partner offices and works closely with them towards developing the trade lane cargo movement.
• Prepares sales plans and strategy to ensure company sales objectives are met at all times.
• Act as first reference point for customer’s complaints.
• Identifies training needs, conducts performance appraisals and recommends salary reviews and bonus distribution for department staff.
• Attends to all incoming inquiries and distributes works and clients on sales executives.
• Conduct sales call to introduce company services and try to get business.
• Follows-up on potential calls until final status is known.
• Key account management through self & shared frequent visits to ensure high customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Meets monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales projections.
• Leverage operations, technical and administrative resources effectively to sell and ensure effective delivery of a high level of service and value.
