 Ensure an adequate link between Amman coordination and bases reports.
 Regular visit to the fields to ensure an adequate HI procurement on the Jordan mission
 Support the supervisors utilize the data base and verifying accuracy of the orders
• Warehouse security and maintenance.
 Guarantee the cleanliness of the ware house and make the little repairs if possible.
 Lock the doors and keep the keys safe.
 Inform the line manager in case of any security issue.
 Control and verify all movements of the good at store.
 In no case any goods from the warehouse including damaged goods can be thrown away or sold without the authorization of the logistic department.
 Any missing goods or damaged should be reported the logistic manager.
• Administrative follow-up of the stores.
 Archive the stock related document (stock requests, stock input and stock output).
 Issue the packing list and the waybills.
 Weekly and monthly reports.
 Collect the monthly reconciliation from the bases.
 Make monthly physical inventory for Amman office and collecting inventory records from other bases.
 Arranging team management monthly meeting.
