 Develop, maintain and nurture working relationships amongst all stakeholders in the horticulture supply chain
 Facilitate national, international delegates, visitors, officials, importers and investors for the promotion of horticultural products and export
 Generate periodical progress and technical reports for performance evaluation of the Company by BOD and MOC
 Review all completed and incomplete projects of PHDEC and make recommendations for improvements
