• My responsibilities included assisting engineers in flight operations to provide information to develop potential
air routes. As well as this, I assisted in providing dispatch control employees with real time information that was to be relayed to pilots.

• Originally planned as a one week work experience through the school, I really enjoyed my position and stayed on till the end of the summer holidays.
• Worked in a busy team that was constantly under pressure. We effectively managed to provide a continuous
quality service to the customers.
