Responsibilities
•Managing western India Operations for Swarovski.
•Handling 15 EBO’s (Exclusive business outlet) and 2 SIS (Shop in Shops) located in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara.
•Merchandise planning & ordering, shuffling right merchandise to the right store & liquidating aged stock.
•Ensuring High quality of service delivery to clients driving retention and strong customer loyalty.
