§ Started working at Acted Water Supply Department on 19/Feb/2013

§ During these two years, I worked as Site Supervisor:

§ I helped in counting and locating public and private wash centers and drinking points in districts 10 and 9.

§ Right now, I am helping my team as a site supervisor, and helping in water supply coordination.

§ I worked on spraying ACTED/ UNICEF logos and numbers on water trucks.

o ACTED - SENIOR SITE MONITOR 1 Year

§ Monitor the quality of water tests by the site monitor

§ Organizing the work schedule for the site monitors, and follow up their commitment

§ Covering gaps of the site supervisors during absence of any.

o ACTED - SITE SUPERVISOR 2 years

§ Supervising the water dispatch process at boreholes (borehole status, SMs, AMs, fillers, testers, and drivers)

§ Checking the quality of water trucks (operational reports follow up).

§ Monitor the water distribution process for the NGOs.

§ Coordination of trucking operations

§ Monitoring of water quality

§ Supervision of truck dispatch

§ Supervision of the documentation, reporting, assets and overall site management:

§ Coordinating and distributing water amounts for NGOs according to their needs and activities and then sign the MOUs in person with the NGO’s focal points i.e Hospital, Clinics, Gender marine, and etc (Water Delivery Agreement) and then set a final weekly schedule for each NGO

§ Supervising and monitoring water delivery for the Syrian refugees in Zaatari camp in a systematic way according to their population and making sure that the delivery process has been best performed in 6 districts.

§ Collecting delivery information from the field and fill them into smartphone and then submit the data into the online database so the data is processed and fed into reports for the coming day
