Duties/Responsibilities
•Controller operation of Electrononic verification software and GMG Color Proofing Software.
•Review data of Job Jacket, check the material, stock request and procedure is correct and accurate base on client approved design.
•Evaluate art work, design, die cut lay out and document base on client approved art work design.
•Execute and Monitoring of ISO procedure, QMS and CGMP.
•Execute plan for KAIZEN activities and Process improvement.
•Prepare new ISO document, subject for approval of QMR & Top Management.
•Evaluate/investigate Quality issue, non- conforming, procedure that result to item or job rejection issue internal and external.
• Execute and Prepares CAPA.
•Conduct Line approval for new item job, conduct testing of new material for production consumption.
•Execute and check of process flow of Printing section, Stamping, die cut and U.V section, sampling and checking of finish item base on ISO standard.
•Checking and receiving in-coming material for printing material, Stamping and Die cut material.
•Conduct and execute internal and external audit for QMS and ISO procedure.
•Investigate and conduct report on Costumer complain, Quality related issue.
•Conduct Kaizen activity for Company cost
Reduction plan.
•Coordinate to Production section non-conforming procedure that cause rejection.
•Prepare assessment report and recommendation to Management, Production Head counter measured plan on how to prevent and minimize downtime and rejection.
•Prepare PMS plan to be submitted to Maintenance section.
• Execute/Check and evaluate Print card document, data before proceed to mass production.
• Check and monitoring of Flexographic machine check list.
• Daily monitoring and accomplish daily production output base on our schedule.
• Implementing and monitoring of QMS, ISO procedure and Standard.
• Implementing CGMP and work safely environment.
• Prepare Plan/execute of work instracturing and weekly scheduling of manpower.
• Evaluate/ Investigate Quality related issue, costumer complain and back job, prepare necessary report, CAPA and action plan to be submitted to Top Management.
• Prepare and execute plan for KAIZEN improvement and cost reduction plan.
• Prepare new process document, checklist and label to be submitted to QMR for approval.
• Evaluate document and data, conduct monthly audit for company ISO standard and procedure.
• Prepare Plans for PMS, execute cross training of manpower.
• Conduct orientation on newly hired employee regarding ISO, QMS and CGMP policies and procedure.
• Conduct in-coming inspection of material for Production use, Prepare In-coming inspection report including inventory report, material request and material rejection report.
• Implementation and Monitoring of QMS, EMS and Health and safety.
• Perform Quality Inspection at Assembly Line to assure High Quality Standart on Finish Product and assure on time Delivery.
• Carry out Automotive Seat and Rear back, Door Trim assembly line, monitoring of work and process procedure and maintain Quality Management standard and Safety.
• Prepare KAIZEN and Line Improvement and Cost Reduction and Process improvement Plan.
• Conduct audit and investigate Quality Issue Internal and External Complain, Prepare CAPA to be submitted to Management for review and for implementation.
• Carry out Assembly work at IPP Production Line, sub-assembly and final assembly of Auto seat and Door trim Assembly.
• Conduct and perform thermoplastic welding at IPP Production line.
• Perform minor repair of Seat trim and Door Trim, perform cutting and sewing.
• Attend and Participate Product Modification, Developtment and Improvement of New Product
