Making the dealer understand with PDCA concept and taking steps according to the action required to grow the business to next level with dealer support
Engaging with Showroom Managers on daily basis for retail achievements and activities
Planning rural activities, genba activities with separate appointed teams and tracking the results on regular basis
Engaging in YFSP and YCSP safety programme activities and creating awareness in rural market about road safety along with sales pitch for increasing retail
Identification of new Potential market for developing YBC’s under YBS
Ensure YBC are performing as per scheduled target and helping them to get convert to YBS asap
Training Showroom Managers, Sales Executives and Dealers on New products and Sales process
As per requirement Tentative Orders, Firm Orders and Purchase Orders are derived from Dealers
Guiding Dealers in business for entire month/year and plan accordingly for additional Orders
Make sure of YCS to Dealers and accordingly making them to punch PO and ensure payments
Analysing entire market and according to fitment planning activities for enhancing Retail
Enhancing retail business through all sort of activities-leaflet distribution, bike tagging, exchange mela, core activity, kiosk activity, paper insert, local ad and GEMBA activity
Handled several teams at Franchisee stores and Own retail stores
Calculating P/L and ROI of Stores daily and monthly and planning accordingly to minimize Opex and ensure high level of revenue achievement
Coordinating with several teams to start-up new stores and dry run with new cro’s
Providing all sets of training on applications, greeting and service cum sales to new cro’s
Coordinate with Infra Manager on planogram for each store setup
Supporting teams in all parameters of sales and services
Ensure store Audits and surprise Audits are cleared with zero tolerance and high percent
Researching on nearby Industrial areas and companies for getting connections by taking appointments
Achieving sales targets spread across different Business segments
One point contact for all requirement of Customers in the Branch
Appointment of Appraiser for valuation of collateral securities
Appointment of DSA’s and Counsellors as and when required for Branches
Maintain long term relationship with existing clients by making client visits and phone calls
Undertaking various Inbound and Outbound sales promotional activities
Acquiring new customer base by pitching various products and services provided by ICICI Bank as per the needs of the customers
Converting the non-active clients into active clients as per the target given by ICICI Bank
Acquiring Clients and selling BFSI software products and web site designing for corporate
Engaging with Colleges, Universities, Institutes for getting projects and registering with company
With Client database making cold calls to sell additional products and services
Asking for references from existing clients and will try to sell revenue based products and services
Negotiate with Raw Material suppliers according to the project requisition
