Duties & responsibilities held in Current Employer as a Logistics Coordinator:
Shipment clearing for the aluminum and glass factories in coordination with purchase dept
Handled queries from customers, subsidiaries and overseas offices regarding order documents and
shipments
Entered sales contracts, process demurrage claims, commissions, and issue of debits and credits,
follow up on collections
Reviewed all orders of major customer, track shipment of orders and timely delivery, coordinate
shipments from warehouse to customer, manage documentation
Ensured timely issuing shipping instructions, negotiated Letters of Credit
Accurately verified over 250 daily Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, freight forwarder
documentation and billing
Coordinated all documentation for overseas shipments, including legalization of documents and
compliance with requirements of Letters of Credit
Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials
Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify
accuracy of incoming shipment
Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies,
for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purpose
Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and
delivery of materials Responsible for collection and delivery of all documents related with site,
accounts, estimation and factory.
Maintenance and timely servicing of all company vehicles.
Complete accounts of transport department:-
Collecting the petty cash, rental vehicle’s invoices, fuel bills, and service and maintenance bills.
