Key Responsibilities & Contributions

• Train the Team on SDLC Process
• Engage with Senior Client Management for dispute resolution, risk mitigation, scope changes ensuring Customer Satisfaction is either met or exceeded
• Review Business Strategies, Execution Strategies, Technology Innovations, Organizational Budgets
• Setup Dashboards and Management Reporting with KPI
• Developed a PMO Organization from ground zero with sound governance, procedures, guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures
• Implemented two Mega Telematics Projects for prestigious clients; RTA covering 50, 000 Heavy Commercial Vehicles for vehicle monitoring, driver behavior, DP World covering efficient tracking and movement of Cargo in Port Terminals

Key Responsibilities & Contributions
• Develop Customized Project Management Training Plan for Corporate
• Provide Project Management Training for PMP certification aspirants
• Facilitate Business Process/Systems review as PMO Consultant
• Recommend appropriate Systems for upgrade or new for establishments based on Gap Analysis
• Review Business Process & Recommend changes as PMO Consultant
• Manage Day to Day Regional IT Operations
• Implement Service Manager to the required expectations
• Monitor Service Manager activities ensuring services are provided in the given timeline
• Act as the escalation, contact point for vendor escalations, business functions requirement
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLA
• Have periodic communication with vendors on supplies
• Participate in Change Approval Board Meetings, Review regional Change Approval Requests
• Provide Senior IT management with periodic reports, suggestions on improving processes
• Participate in the yearly technology refresh program
• Ensure regional IT units Quarterly performance is reviewed with Business
• Review and Approve IT purchases
• Undertake IT Projects for Regional Operations, Technical Review for Vendor Selection
• Contribute towards DR, Business continuity plan
