• Develop Customized Project Management Training Plan for Corporate
• Provide Project Management Training for PMP certification aspirants
• Facilitate Business Process/Systems review as PMO Consultant
• Recommend appropriate Systems for upgrade or new for establishments based on Gap Analysis
• Review Business Process & Recommend changes as PMO Consultant
• Manage Day to Day Regional IT Operations
• Implement Service Manager to the required expectations
• Monitor Service Manager activities ensuring services are provided in the given timeline
• Act as the escalation, contact point for vendor escalations, business functions requirement
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLA
• Have periodic communication with vendors on supplies
• Participate in Change Approval Board Meetings, Review regional Change Approval Requests
