the project along with resources requirements and time durations for ensuring the satisfactory progress

Key Responsibilities as Quality & Environmental Manager And OCC/BOCC Stations Maintenance Senior Supervisor:
- Understand entities needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process
- Devising and establishing a company quality procedures and standard in conjunction with operation and maintenance staff
- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Setting up and maintaining control and documentation procedure
- Collect, review, develop/create flow chart for each function in the company
- Collect, review, develop/create process for day by day work activities and reports
- Devising strategies to meet targets and to encourage best practice
- Liaising with internal staff including senior managers and directors
- Supporting the preparation of company returns along with quantity surveyor responsible/manager
- Supporting the development of best practice procedures
- Facilitating and supporting the internal audit system to meet ISO 9001 requirements
- Facilitating and supporting external audits of the company's Management System
- Assisting in providing the interface with all external bodies and Quality and Environment groups.

- OCC Stations Senior Supervisor is responsible to achieve and to fulfil requirements of maintenance and operation in the facility.
- OCC Stations team will report to the OCC Stations Senior Supervisor to manage and guide the team.
- Observing Stations and facilities daily operation.
- Prepare the monthly working schedule for the OCC team for 3/4 shifts on 24/7
- Inform about any shortage of spare parts at stations to be considered.
- Ensure OCC maintenance team have informed Stations team about all train’s movements during normal and abnormal operation.
- Coordinate with Traffic Manager and Commercial Manager of the train, to ensure availability of stations platform to avoid unexpected events.
- Report incidents or events that impact on safety and/or service performance to the OCC manager in a timely manner.
- Inform the OCC Manager about any station issue and other operational deviations.
- Providing all stations' information and full cooperation with all parties especially in case of emergency.
- Assist Traffic Supervisor about the Status of the tracks and platforms at the stations.
- Coordinate with responsible of Crowd Control about the suitable route for passenger’s movement inside the station.
- Awareness about all commercial fit-outs and activities inside Station.
- Alert and inform the OCC Manager of security incidents in the stations.
- Ensuring that Health & Safety Environment is applied.
- Ensuring all stations are providing potential services to deliver the Agreed commitments as indicated in the policy.
- Review the station's maintenance and operation reports.
- Monitor, control and finalizing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensuring the OCC stations team is tracking any open events at the stations until being close it.
- Ensure and control the OCC team outputs.
- Provide all technical and administrative support to OCC team.
- Discuss with adif-KSA maintenance & operation manager about impairment of Environment at the station.
- Coordinate with Security Department about any event at Stations to be located by (CCTV) system.
- Monitor the Building management system (BMS)&(CMMS) at OCC.
- Contact the Station Responsible about alarms of Building management systems (BMS) and be knowledgeable about it.
Key Responsibilities as Station Operation & Maintenance Senior Supervisor:
• Maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervising staff.
• Plans and allocates resources and staff to various assignments and projects.
• Reviews scope of work and monitors contractor performance to ensure work is done and confirms to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements.

Key Responsibilities as Testing & Commissioning Engineer:
• Implement and conduct complete testing, commissioning, operating and maintenance for all equipment and systems and subsystems in the Haramain train stations as per method of statement, specs, cause & effect and related standard.
• Interfaces with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities.
• Reports on work progress, bringing to notice potential problems or delays and recommends solutions.
• Ensure temporary supplies and commissioning spares are adequate for the subsystem testing.
• Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
