Reporting to Executive Manager, , a team of 3 staff and 150 Labors, I was overseeing activities of
2 warehouse in Jeddah and Saabar including shipping and receiving of raw materials and finish
goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review daily performance (e.g. labour efficiency) measures with team members and other departments to ensure issues are identified, corrective actions are in place and executed
• Monitor employee performance, and provide required feedback
• Ensure all employees are working in compliance with relevant safety policies
• Ensure a positive and constructive work environment through effective communication and the quick resolution of issues.
• Continuously suggest and implement process improvements with the rest of the operations group.
• Monitor and maintain daily inventory in warehouse and maintain monthly inventory report.
• Assist different departments for quarterly physical inventory count.
