 Supervising the operations of sub-contractors daily & finalizing the commercial negotiations, and handling AM
(Annual Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance) contracts after service sales
 Providing spare parts orders for the company, and also bagged few good orders
 Organizing meetings with the management, sales, project managers, customers and reporting health & safety
status of both sub-contractors and employees

Leading a team of 6 members handling projects for 2 business units in the company. Responsible for monthly Invoicing, Payment collection. Coordination within the company with all departments for smooth execution of the projects. Timely meetings with Production/ Planning to meet the desired targets. Meetings within the team for better coordination. Responsible for maintaining the projects within the budget target set by the sales team while taking the order.
