This FPSO has submerged turret production (STP), crude processing, gas processing-dehydration and dew pointing, gas lift, sea water treatment and injection and associated systems. • Commissioning and stabilization of crude oil treatment, sea water treatment and injection and gas treatment and export process. Punch point tracking and 72 hours performance test completion.

• Process performance monitoring, diagnosis, trouble shooting and reporting.
• Turnaround planning and execution along with procedures review and preparation. Act as a focal point for other disciplines and vendors for smooth execution.

• Worked on Ecofuels ETBE to MTBE plant revamp project. Involved in preparation of equipments data sheets and done pump hydraulics and vessel sizing.
• Line hydraulics and consistency check among various process documents (PFD, P&ID, Data Sheets, Equipment summary) for Ras Tanura project.
• Sizing of fire case PSVs at 10 % over pressure instead of 21 % over pressure for SURINAM project based on client requirement.

I worked as a technical manager for Naphtha Cracker plant (based on Stone & Webster Technology) at Hazira manufacturing unit. I worked, with the team of Central Technical Services (CTS) for Cracker group of plants, on various projects regarding de-bottlenecking and smooth operation. Some of the major projects are:
• Designing and commissioning of 1-Butene/MTBE unit based on Axens technology. Major activities involved are as following: 1. Site evaluation, technology selection, and technical review of selected technology 2. Process study, PFD and P&ID review and improvement 3. Equipments data sheets review provided by Licensor and DEC 4. Hydraulics calculations and review of DECs calculation for PSV 5. HAZOP and SIL Analysis, Cause and Efect diagram review etc 6.
