1) Placing job postings in Newspapers and websites and shortlisting resumes. Conducting first round of interviews for junior level executives

SECRETARIAL
1) Creating / Designing Advertisements and co-ordinating to release them in Newspapers / Magazines in the Far Eastern countries for the company products.
2)Surveying the Market through the internet for possibilities to enter into business with prospective buyer companies in the Far Eastern countries.
3)Assembling the documentation for all the claims filed by customers from the date the claim is filed till the claim settlement.
4) Travel arrangements, visas and hotel stay in various countries for the Managing Director.
1.Interacting with various people for permissions / legal procedures for shooting of feature films at locations within and outside Mumbai. Arranging for / preparing all the necessary paper work for the same.
2. Interacting with distributors for finances and other jobs related to the film.
3.Assisting in the preparation of budgets for new projects
4.Maintaining a record and keeping a check of business made in various territories for the film.
5.Assisting the CEO and independently handling the co-ordination with various units namely production, direction, film unit and accounts in his absence.
6.Submitting weekly and quarterly reports to the Group CEO.
7.Meeting with various TV channel representatives / hoarding contractors for the advertising of the film
8.Handling petty cash
Achievements
Independently handled the production expenses and production co-ordination during the shooting in Thailand for the second project from October 11, 2002 till November 7, 2002.
