Working with the managing director in developing a new company that provides different
software solutions for different industries.
- Providing & Having great knowledge in Alumni Management system, Faculty Member
information system, Career services system.
- Providing ERP solutions, HRMS solutions, Reminder systems, Hospital Management
system, banking solutions & Kaspersky banking solutions.
- In the beginning, my role was to study the products, check the features, the needs of the
market, work with international & regional providers on the partnership agreements &
acknowledging of the related products.
- Study the market needs, do some analysis & researches.
- Work on Localizing the Payroll & Products that includes Lebanese rules & regulations.
- Designing & coordination with the third party for building the company and product
website. Designing the brochures & marketing materials.
- Traveling to Dubai meeting partners.
- Attending seminars & events especially for our Oracle, Microsoft & INFOR partners
- Working on big opportunities like banking sector, Hospitals, Universities & Enterprise
companies.
- Managing a team consisting of Sales & Presales Junior Engineers.

- Build and develop comprehensive sales initiatives
- Provide Full HRMS Solution & limited version of ERP solution
- Work closely with customers throughout the sales process.
- Handle any enquires produced by the client, investigate the issue and provide the
necessary feedback or solution.
- Work with presales team in a Proactive mode in informing Customers about SETS
HRMS Software solutions.
- Coordinate with the customer support team, software Team & Presales/ Project
Management Team.
- Work closely with the clients through the whole phases: setup, implementation &
trainings.
- Responsible for building and executing the sales strategy required to maximize sales
growth.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences and events
- Searching for new potential clients
- Keep and maintain clear records on CRM (write briefs, status reports, contact reports
etc) that are necessary for the smooth operation of the account.
- Know our competitive market and deal with it.
Analyze HR business processe, plan a system flow and draw figures for the developers
* Identify, understand and plan new features and modules in the HR software solution
* Ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes
and features.
* Coordinate and work with the system analysts and Product manager
* Gather all clients' needs and requirements; analyze them based on my experience in the
HR applications and design new features and new modules in the HRMS solution.
* Prepare software application requirements and specification documents
* Strong knowledge and experience in the following modules: Recruitment Management,
Performance Management, Career management & succession Planning, Learning
Management, Gap Analysis, Development Needs, Survey Management, Scale
Management and Competencies.
