At CCAD, I am responsible for managing the Housing database and generating KPI dashboards on Tableau. Manages all housing related services for new, existing and exiting caregivers. Engage in CI project for Human Capital for aligning all the existing process across Human Capital department. Coordinate and collaborate with IT for creation of online Housing system to automate all the existing manual processes

BI Dashboard Reporting:
• Generate Tableau dashboard for numerous Human Capital department databases
• Prepare forecasting projection analysis, trend analysis and generate reports as per business requirement

CI project for Human Capital
• Support Competitive Intelligence project for Human Capital, conduct stakeholder analysis by meeting will all the stakeholder and align the process, create process maps, and design SOP for each department and support in business development

Data Integrity Matrix:
• Managing all the data sources by data integrity matrix and align the database with all the available data sources (primary and secondary data source)

ERP System Designing:
• Structure online housing tool with IT team to automate the housing process
• Conduct meeting with IT for process illustration, document requirements and support on ad-hoc request
• Conduct system testing and prepare for system to Go-Live

Housing Responsibilities:
• Respond to all CCAD caregiver request related to housing reservation, internal move, move out within SLA cycle time
• Support on all the request related to Housing raised by managers/HCBP/Recruiter for caregivers
• Creating monthly report for payroll to related to Housing information
• Reconcile utilities for all the units under corporate accommodation based on the unit consumptions and reporting the accurate data to Finance

Current responsibility at Genpact involves Competitive Intelligence project for Healthcare client. Competitive report generations and periodic presentations are also a part of assignment at Genpact.
