Responsibilities:
My work is to supervise all activities of project and ensure compliance to all plans and specifications and identify all errors in plans and ensure optimal working of construction personnel. Oversee working of all engineering personnel and inspect all materials and assist to resolve all construction process and recommend improvement to all construction activities and ensure compliance to specifications and construction schedule and prepare all progress reports. Coordinating with client, designers and contractors to get the desired output. Prepare and maintaining all project documents. Ensure all health and safety policies.

Responsibilities:
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client. The preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of materials. Valuing completed work and arranging payments. Project planning and tracking the progress. Preparation of specifications when required.

Responsibilities:
Executing the medium scale project in a definite time frame with incorporating drawings, specifications and all technical details. Takes some of the responsibility for security, health and safety, and organizing and supervising materials and people. Mark out the site, make sure designs are applied correctly and liaise with main and sub-contractors and the site manager. Regular liaison with the client, its representatives, and any consultants is another key part of the job. Also involves levelling and surveying a site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.
