• Managing the day-to-day event management team to achieve departmental targets through profitable business relationships which included making contracts with potential clients and other suppliers.
• Yield and Inventory Management for the event spaces at the hotel.
• Leading and Counsel, Conduct Trainings and Appraisals.
• Develop feedback management system to review customer feedback and improve process. Use customer satisfaction survey to improve service delivery.
Achievements
• Re-form and Re-structure the department to make it leaner, efficient and effective.
• Setting up long term lease agreements for office space within low usage venue inventory.
• Introducing the co-working space concept in Jumeriah for the first time.
• First hotel to set up Guidelines and COVID protocols for events. These were replicated in other jumeriah hotels and shared with DTCM.
