Technical /Operations Coordinator

Highlights:

 Coordinates the recruitment activates to Oil & Gas, Power and Construction companies (Govt., Semi Govt. & Private) in Contract as well as direct basis.
 Maintaining all the companies documents project wise (Petroleum companies & Private companies) - service order, contracts, task order etc., and follow-up of service orders, contracts, task orders for their expiry date, amendments etc.
 Coordinating meetings and conferences for senior staffs as well all managers.
 Preparation of tenders, Bids and personal quotations for companies for hiring purposes.
 Supporting public relation department for employee mobilization and de-mobilization activities.
 Arranging interviews of candidates for the companies under ADNOC as per their instructions.
 Documents preparation for government approvals like security clearance, Twteen etc.
 Communicating with client company managements regarding the recruitment of candidates.
 Visa, travel and accommodation arrangements of candidates coming for interviews as well as employees working under different projects.
 Document control of employees working under our company sponsorship and also outsourced employees working under different company projects.
 Arranging employees visas, labour cards, medical(Offshore as well as visa medical), Security passes, travel cards, port passes etc.
 Knowledge in documents preparation for companies under ADNOC(mainly ADMA OPCO, ADGAS, AL HOSN GAS, BOROUGE, GASCO, TAKEER, ZADCO etc.
 Handling manpower allocation for different projects (Shutdown & Long-term projects).
 Skilled in communicating with people in differing levels of authority and cultural backgrounds.
 Provide support in developing, maintaining and reviewing company policies, rules and regulations
 Assisting finance department for the payment of employees working under different projects ( Payroll activities).
