Costing-Freight Cost Analysis
•Preparing the cost sheets in line with the total freights

•Responsible of Selection of Logistics companies/ transporter.
•Handled Logistics Rate contract negotiation and finalization.

Inventory Planning & Management:

•Reduce Freight Cost by negotiation/ alternate source and Max Use of Truck Space
•No Inventory Variations or Mismatch
•Maintaining FIFO and ensuring Physical Inventory variance is less than the target taken in BSC in Stores
•Ensuring the accuracy of quantity receipt and GRN quantity
•Auditing the bills of transportation and storage/handling charges.

ACHIEVEMENTS
•Generated 2.3 million savings in conduction primary transportation RFQ with Toll Global Logistics
•Developed a system for overseeing and ensuring that POD is duly received from the secondary transporter and recorded in SAP on time for the client with Toll Global Logistics
•Collected a long outstanding of Rs.8 crores from the customer at Mahindra Logistics
•Developed a system how to reduce the time from 1 hour to 30 minutes in line feeding during set up change at Tata Hendrickson suspension Pvt Ltd.
•Developed an integrated system for Primary and secondary transportation through syncing in to SAP.
•Developed the pallet occupancy report with the help of SAP.
