• Preparation of the Purchases Budget and closely involved in the planning process for the each MC. ensure that products appear in the right store in the right time.
• Merchandising range development & planning, inventory control and allocations. Build product range for the business unit. Manage, analyze and review store grading based on sales trends of each events.
• Identified products to maximize promotional and marketing strategies to meet sales and margin goals based on internal business and external market factors
