I am reviewing government food laws & regulations for the Bangladesh Food Safety Authority, BSTI & international standard compliances.

Prepare all SOP, documents & maintain records as per ISO standard requirement
d.
Implementation of product CM license at BSTI.
e.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation of all QA activities.
f.
Process validation and maintenance of stability data for shelf life
g.
Prepare training manual and conduct training on the requirement of ISO & other Food Safety standards, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, Sanitation hygiene, etc.
h.
Responsible for monitoring, and programming critical control points (CCP).

Maintain records related to supplier visits & product traceability (Raw materials, finished goods, Packaging, Warehouse visits, etc.).

Verifies equipment (Scales, thermometer, freezer, chiller, oven, etc.).
