1- Working closely with the Managing Director, GM and the Department Heads on the manpower
2- Conduct job analyses and write the job descriptions by setting with each employee to take the major Duties and reformulate it in the job description official form.
3- Implement onboarding and recruitment process forms.
4- Manage & develop recruitment team.
5- Advise and facilitate Saudization with the Directors and Heads of Department.
6- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.

9- Manage GCC branches recruitment selection & process (Bahrain, Qatar, Dubai, Jordan, and Kuwait)
10- Building and updating Group Structure Charts and keep it up to date.
11- Arrange with reservation dep. All the required flights for the candidates
12- Advice regarding any possibilities in cutting cost in case of employees fats
13- Advice & Implement facilitate appraisal performance reports with the Director of HR
14- Conducting & analyze the exit interviews
Alguthmi is a leading distribution and retail company in the fabrics industry serving our customers with 28 retail stores spread around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as other branches in UAE, Kuwait, Lebanon, Yemen and Oman. As Recruitment Specialist, I am responsible for the recruitment cycle starting with receiving requisition from Head department managers till mobilization of candidate. My duties were as the Following:
1.Receiving the requisitions form the Units & Projects managers.
2.Initiate searching for the most suitable candidates Locally & Overseas,
3.Using various sources ( Direct & Passive Applications, Social Networks, Recruitment Websites, Job Boards, Recruitment agencies, Business trips )
4.Pre-Screening, CVS & Credentials & Experience letters.
5.After filtration, start-calling candidates for the initial interview (Face to Face, Or over Cisco, Or Phone Interview....).
6.Selecting the best candidates and shortlist them for the second interview with the hiring managers.
7.Discuss with the Technical managers about the nominated candidates and select the best.
8.Contact the selected candidates and negotiate the job offer.
9.Follow the hiring process until complete the joining.
