• Managing the Forecast & demand Planning to create the Business Plan.
• Creating MRP (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials & non-Planned Materials & Fixed Assets)
• Managing the Process of purchasing starting by requests, Purchase orders issuing (Foreign & local), Terms of payments, Delivery scheduling & supplier agreements & evaluation.
• Reviewing the Manufacturing scheduling to be aligned with the Sales orders & distributing planning requirements & to be balanced with Safety Stocks & Inventory Levels.
• Ensure the Flow of Product optimized at each level of:
Economic order Quantity Warehousing operations
Inventory Cost adaptation.
Priorities, sudden orders & Back Orders.
• Analyzing the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual records that reflect the whole Supply Chain situation in many sights:
1-Orders Daily Process (Purchasing- Production- Sales Achievements)
2-Moving & non-Moving Items History
3-Suppliers & outsourcing progress
4-Cost Behavior Analysis & estimations
5- Inventory Analysis Reorder Levels & safety Stock
• SOP weekly Meeting & financial weekly meeting for Budgeting & cash flow effecting in supply Chain.
Supply Chain (Budgets & Planning)
• Building the supply chain strategic structure corresponding with Budget Owner, Finance & stores for 3 factories.
• Prepare the annual/ quarterly / monthly plane for the needed materials from chemicals, Metals, Plastics, Spare Parts and & The Cash Flow for Financial Department throw Oracle ERP System
• Create the items catalog & items life cycle.
• MRP & Production Planning Procurement
• Expand and manage the local & foreign suppliers data base.
• Compose and review the long term and short-term suppliers contracts & warranty polices & compensations.
• International outsourcing for all the needed requirements & alternatives.
• Follow up the foreign purchasing cycle, documents (banks & customs Clearance)
• Follow up the CAD & LCS & Customs Forms.
• Implement the system of following up buyers to manage the workload for them & their activities progress based on department KPIs.
• Leverage of suppliers performs to act as the company platform strategy.
• Prepare the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual reports that reflect the whole SC Situation Warehousing & Distributions
• Warehousing managements & items reorder levels
• Mange the quarters and annual physical counts.
• Mange the cycle of receiving, transferring, transit, inspections and adding.
• Ensure closing of receiving and invoicing.
• ABC analysis and inventory cost reduction.
