Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and daily site walk-throughs across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP
works to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Perform risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) for activities such as excavation, concrete works, scaffolding,
work at height, and MEP installations.
• Enforce approved HSE procedures and safe work practices in coordination with site management and supervision.
• Conduct daily ToolboxTalks (TBTs) and safety briefings based on ongoing construction activities.
• Carry out HSE inductions and safety orientations for workers and subcontractors before site entry.
• Monitor compliance with Saudi Arabian HSE regulations, client requirements, and project safety standards.
• Manage Permit-to-Work systems for high-risk activities, including hot work, confined spaces, lifting operations, electrical
works, and work at height.
• Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and site safety equipment.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain essential HSE records such as inspections, incident reports, permits, and training logs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors to ensure compliance with approved method statements and HSE
requirements.
• Assist in emergency response arrangements and participate in fire, medical, and evacuation drills.

Project Scope:
Cut-off Wall construction, Guide Wall construction, Access Roads and Platforms, Controlled Excavation to the
defined levels, Shoring and Slope Stabilization, Fence and Gates Installation, New Jersey Barriers Installation,
Haulage and Stockpile Management, Dike Wall.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine safety inspections and daily site walk-throughs for cut-off walls, guide walls, access roads, dike walls, and
excavation works to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) for controlled excavation, shoring, slope
stabilization, and earthmoving activities.
• Monitor excavation safety, including shoring systems, slope stability, safe access/egress, and working near excavation
edges.
• Enforce approved HSE policies, procedures, and method statements related to earthworks, temporary works, and heavy
equipment operations.
• Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBTs) based on ongoing site activities such as excavation, haulage, and compaction.
• Carry out HSE inductions and safety orientations for workers, operators, drivers, and subcontractors before site activities.
• Monitor compliance with Saudi Arabian HSE regulations, client requirements, and project-specific safety standards.
• Manage and monitor Permit-to-Work systems for high-risk activities, including excavation, hot work, confined space entry,
and lifting operations.
• Monitor safe operation of heavy equipment and vehicles, including excavators, loaders, dump trucks, rollers, and cranes.
• Ensure proper traffic management, haul road safety, and segregation between vehicles and pedestrians.
• Ensure correct use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all site activities.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses related to excavation, equipment movement, or slope instability, and
report corrective actions.
• Maintain essential HSE records, including inspections, risk assessments, permits, incidents, and training documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with site HSE requirements and approved method statements.
• Assist in emergency response arrangements for excavation collapse, vehicle accidents, and environmental spills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor excavation and trench safety, including shoring, edge protection, and safe access/egress.
• Enforce approved HSE procedures and method statements for excavation, underground utilities, and demolition.
• Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBTs) and HSE inductions for workers, operators, and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with Saudi Arabian HSE regulations, client requirements, and project safety standards.
• Manage and monitor Permit-to-Work systems for high-risk activities such as excavation, confined space entry
(manholes/shafts), hot work, lifting, and demolition.
• Monitor the safe operation of construction plant and equipment, including excavators, dump trucks, and cranes.

• HSE monitoring of flow line activities (Machinery installation, lifting, scaffolding, stressing, threading,
• grouting, excavation, welding, sandblasting, painting, and Hydro testing activities
• Maintaining HSE records (Checklists, audits, HSE meetings, HSE training, weekly reports, etc.)
• Ensuring 100% staff site safety orientation & equipment inspection.
• Coordination of third-party inspection for cranes and lifting accessories

• Conduct daily safety inspections for villa construction to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Review task-related risks for excavation, structural works, blockwork, finishing, and MEP activities, ensuring controls are in
place before work starts.
• Monitor on-site implementation of safe work practices in coordination with site engineers and supervisors.
• Deliver short, activity-based safety briefings to workers to reinforce hazard awareness and safe behavior.
• Conduct safety inductions for new workers and subcontractors before site entry.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, client requirements, and approved project safety procedures.
• Control high-risk activities through proper permit arrangements, including hot work, lifting operations, confined spaces,
and electrical works.
• Verify correct use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and basic site safety equipment.
• Observe work activities and intervene where unsafe acts or conditions are identified.
• Investigate minor incidents and near-misses, and follow up on corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain essential site safety records such as inspection checklists, incident reports, and training attendance.
