In charge for building inspection and overall installation of HVAC Equipment’s (Air Handling Units, Air Cooled Air Conditioning Units, Centrifugal Fans, Exhaust fans etc.)
Ducts & Fire water Pipes / Condensate Drainage System.
Conduct inspection of all HVAC materials, equipment, site construction activities,
Inspection on ducting, lining, insulation of the air-conditioning lines/system. Prepare and implement inspection and test plan based on project specifications,
Ensure that corrective actions to any violation of HVAC quality standards are conducted and verify that all the action taken fully-conformed with quality requirement.
To monitor the construction works to ensure compliance of quality standards of HVAC system.
Inspection and Copper Pipe Clearance of Fit up, & weld visual. Managing and performing inspection of HVAC discipline.
Performing and coordinating inspection with client.
Carry out QC Supervisor’s responsibility in his/her absence & control quality violations through regular tool box talk with the construction team.
Review and track material submittals required for HVAC definable Features of Work prior to Preparatory Meetings.
To check correct installation of louvers, dampers, expansion joints & davit arms
Verify nameplate data/equipment tags in accordance with vendor and specification requirements.
Verify that there is no physical damage to equipment and shims are placed of correct size.
Verify that paint touch up has been performed and inspected prior to installing the equipment
Implement Hydro Test, gravity test and pressure test to all water pipe lines.
Site implementation of Mechanical works such as equipment installation as per approved drawing
Installation of DDC Panel, Remote control panel for duct heater, duct humidifier
Installation of field devices like pressure differential switch temperature and moisture transmitter.
Inspection of Plumbing Underground, & Aboveground piping and in process. Inspection of the HVAC installation, Chilled water pipe, Fire water pipe.
Plumbing above ground underground scope & Elevator. Inspection of the HVAC Air balancing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the Air Conditioning System HVAC & MEP.
Coordinates other disciplines' interfaces like electrical and Instrumentation department, civil underground distribution and facilities, and with Mechanical Works.
Attending Daily weekly Meetings with Client, Co-Ordination with Client for Technical
Preparing Method of Statement for the Pre commissioning and commissioning of HVAC System.
Planning day to day activities of the all the workers for Pre commissioning and commissioning activities as per the Method of Statement.
Change the working plans as per the priority of manager and client.
Analyzing the problems encountered during commissioning and solving it as per the
Specifications • Rectifying the issues caused by the mistakes at the construction stage if any.
Planning all the activities of the vendor supervisor for commissioning of the HVAC system.
Preparing the reports for any incidents occurred during Testing and commissioning.
Testing Adjusting and Balancing of Air Flow as per the approved design
Checking the Reading of Fresh Air Duct. Bypass Air Duct and Return Air Duct, Supply
To monitor the construction works to ensure compliance of quality standards of HVAC system.
Installation & Supervision of Package and split air-condition installation System.
Supervise to installation ACCU, AHU, HAVC Control wiring team, and Plumbing team.
Rectifying the issues caused by the mistakes at the construction stage if any.
Handle the manpower of HVAC Plumbing, Control wiring team
