Duties &
• Material & Consumable inspection such as Pipes, Plates, Structural Steels, Pipe Fittings of various
• Reviewing the Mill certificate (MTC) with respectto type, size, identification, Witness of Mechanical test and Visual
Inspection
• Preparing MIR and Monitoring the proper storage as per requirements
• Inspection the incoming materials for damages, dimensions, corrosions and ensure that Material Test Certificate is
available and according to the requirements
• Identifying the material (pipes, flanges, fittings etc.) as perthe material take offlist and isometric drawings during
the fabrication.
• Witnessing of various stages of inspection of Piping, Valves, Structures and walk ways.
• Reviewing of Dimension reports, Daily Welding reports
• Monitoring the Welders and Welding activities as per approved WPS
• Inspection of piping at field according to approved ITPs & relevant codes and specifications
• Carryout all Inspection & Test requirements as per Inspection Test Plan
• Monitoring the Implementation of Method Statement for all Mechanical Activities
• Responsible of Fabrication and Erection of Piping works as per Drawings and Specifications
• Review and preparation of Hydro Test Packages
• Preparing the Punch List of before Test and after Test.
• Witnessed of Hydro Test and Pneumatic of the Piping, Pipelines, Drums and Vessels
• Prepare Final Quality Dossiersfor System approvals.
