Project objective: construction of office buildings and associated infrastructure for staff facilities. Responsible for mechanical
supervision and quality management to ensure compliance with approved specifications, regulatory requirements, and
operational readiness.
Scope: Central cooling & VRF systems; plumbing, firefighting, drainage; maritime wet utilities (HDPE piping for fire hydrant and
potable water systems); storm water, sewage lifting stations.
• Lead supervision of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and maritime wet utility works on multi-billion-SAR giga
projects.

• Currently delivering the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) project, one of KSAs most prestigious UNESCO
heritage giga-projects.
• Review and approve material submittals, method statements, ATPs, and O&M manuals, ensuring full specification
compliance.
• Chair client and contractor meetings; proactively resolve site issues and track milestones against project schedule.
• Manage NCRs and site observations end-to-end, driving corrective actions to closure with zero major repeat non
conformances.
• Monitor health and safety on-site, reporting violations for corrective measures.
• Key projects: Diriyah DGII (Client: Diriyah Gate Development Authority, ongoing); Jeddah Islamic Port (Client: DP World, completed).

Project objective: Covered multiple projects including high-rise buildings, hospital, and commercial buildings. Managed
mechanical supervision and quality control through installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with technical
specifications.
Scope: District cooling, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, LPG system, medical gas; and HDPE piping for fire hydrant systems.

• Supervised mechanical works for high-rise, hospital, and mixed-use developments.
• Reviewed FAT, method statements, and as-built documentation.
• Inspected installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C) of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, LPG, and irrigation systems.
• Managed NCRs and site observations and verified corrective actions.
• Monitored health and safety on-site, reporting violations for corrective measures.
• Prepared weekly/monthly progress reports and tracked testing and commissioning activities.

Safari Park. Responsible for mechanical inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with approved specifications,
regulatory requirements, and operational readiness.
Scope: Chiller, Packaged DX system and split AC systems; plumbing, firefighting, drainage; wet utilities (HDPE piping for fire
hydrant, storm water, sewage lifting station); 900m wadi, water fountains, waterfalls, animal water holdings.

• Supervised MEP and wet utility works for Dubai Safari Park (Client: Dubai Municipality), a high-profile public
infrastructure project.
• Inspected installation of fire hydrants, potable water, drainage, animal water holdings, and a 900m wadi with
fountain system.
• Managed snagging, de-snagging, and final handover, achieving full client and regulatory authority satisfaction.
• Ensured full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and international construction codes.
• Key project: Dubai Safari Park (Client: Dubai Municipality).

Scope: Plumbing, firefighting, drainage; wet utilities (HDPE piping for fire hydrant).

• Coordinated shop drawings, builder works, and MEP coordination drawings for project execution.
• Prepared monthly bills, quantity take-offs, and scheduled installation drawings for seamless execution.
• Prepared work progress reports to track project milestones and updates.
• Collaborated with consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
• Attended meetings to ensure project requirements and timelines were met.
