1.Resonsible to exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
2. Responsible to ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
3. Maintain proper records.
4.Responsible to initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
5. To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
6. To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
7. To issue materials only in required quantities against authorised requisition notes
8. To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
9.Maintains contact with suppliers on product delivery and receiving of Raw Material
10.Manages the delivery of spare parts and equipment.
11.Verifies terms and conditions of requisitions are satisfactorily met.
12.Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, and record-keeping purposes.
13.Provides routine administrative support.
14.Responsible for logistics arrangements of material supplies orders. Responsible for all incoming consignment and verify that the Quality and Quantity is correct.

1.Prepare and update daily /Weekly and monthly logistics schedule to assure deliveries to the customer on time. Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.
2. Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement finished goods and raw materials.
3. Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation;
4. Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations,
5. Verifies accuracy of physical inventory when needed,
6. Coordinate with operation department to manage inventory levels at warehouse.
