Being Food safety Team Leader & Management Representative, responsible for managing effective and consistent implementation of a food safety & quality management systems, Gandour policies & procedures, to ensure the food safety and satisfaction of consumers and compliance to regulatory requirements.
Auditing plant, warehouse, suppliers to ensure compliance to company and international standards (ISO FSSC/FSMS/QMS, /SFDA).
Lead & Execute task for implementing FSSC, PRPs, GMP, HACCP and ensure compliance to same.
Conduct management reviews with corporate team, escalate quality & food safety concerns, customer complaints to management team.
Drafting company policies and procedures & ensure execution for all affiliates.
Prepare manufacturing procedures & product specifications for raw material, packaging material & finished good.
Comply to exporting country quality requirements & prepare required documents.
Execute Customer complaint investigations, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), recommend effective corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Lead multidisciplinary food safety team & execute task to respective department, provide technical training to each member.
Providing technical training (Food Safety Management, HACCP, GMP, sensory evaluation, internal audit, troubleshooting etc.) to staff
R & D projects: Generates technical information related to and required by current or on-going R & D projects.
Effectively liaised and coordinates with Government (SFDA) & exporting country authorities, meeting the requirements for ensuring seamless operations.
Performing most of the job of a QA Manager in his absence.
Project handled
Leads project for ISO 22000/FSSC & HACCP implementation in all processing lines.
Team Leader for project of implementing Mondelez Global quality requirements & other co manufacturer requirements.
Leads & established Halal system from Raw material to finished good.
Audit affiliate manufacturing plants,
supplier/vendor
Effectively liaised and coordinates with Government and Export authorities
Routine checking and monitoring of Company standards
Ensured adherence to ISO 9000, FSMS, HACCP, systems
