BTS Company is an authorized distributer of Samsung Mobiles/Tablets business in additional to an authorized distributer of VIVA Operator services. I’m driving retail operations of both Samsung products & VIVA Services towards improvements in maximizing the value & quality performance & controlling the operational costs.
Moreover; I’m handling the retail operations, service centers, purchasing, logistics and the business expansion plan for both the retail operations & the products categories.
• Involved in acquisition of new branches plus developing existing stores.
• Inspiring and motivating staff to increase sales plus coaching, challenging & supporting them.
• Involved in the setting forecast, budget & commissions scheme.
