I worked at coral coatings part time as an Interior design mostly in the fields of painting, color selection, room arrangement and selection and application of materials and accessories for clients.
I gained the much needed experience in this company especially with regards to career confidence and market knowledge.
I specialised in interior design, so good at space planning- both interior and landscape design, good at painting and creating impressive painting techniques, and generally good at art and artwork, Currently doing archcad and adobe photoshop + illustrator
Kyambogo University is one of the Leading high learning Institutions in Uganda Located at the outskirts of Uganda's capital- Kampala. My choice for the interior design diploma was a result of the strong love for Art that i had since childhood. I was very passionate about beautiful living spaces, well planned interiors and creative thinking. Major course Units and best performances at University included Communication skills, Job Ethics, Marketing Management, Drawing and mixed media, Space planning, landscape design, furniture design and aesthetics, technical and 3D drawing as well as history of Interior Design. currently doing 3D software practice in archcad and adobe programs of photoshop and illustrator. These course Units contained principles that are applicable across different working environments regardless of the job being Art and Design oriented or Not.
