• In charge of restaurant operations: Sales, revenue, hiring.
• Hired, trained, and coached 50+ staff members on customer service skills, food & beverage knowledge, and health & safety standards in preparation for restaurant grand opening
• Reduced variable costs by 12% through tighter controls on over time expenditures and inventory waste
• Consistently exceeded monthly sales goals by minimum of 10% by training staff on up selling techniques and creating a featured food and beverage program
• In charge of the outside catering and events: Sales, menus, reservations, and operation.
• Marking the restaurant and the outside catering and bringing new business.

• Track sales programs/promotions/advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments.
