Responsible for all personnel works like the employee data base, the employee’s files, Employees’ vacations and per-diems.
Updating the maintaining the saving files of the employees.
Responsible for payroll process like review time sheets to calculate absence, punishment and overtime (according to Egyptian Labor Law), preparing the payroll sheet, preparing payroll changes sheet, and payroll systems.
Responsible for recruitment procedures like posting vacancies by suitable recruitment ways, screening, filtering CV's and preparing for the interviews.
Follow up Social and Medical Insurance activities for company employees, and making reports of renewal contracts and the stoppage of the employees.
Communicate with others so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, purposes and achievements.
Handling employee’s mobile business lines.
Collect the training needs for each department manager. Inform the trainee(s) about the time and the location of the course

The full responsibility for the outgoing & incoming faxes & answer
Telephone, screen and direct calls.
Provide information to callers.
Deal with queries from the public and customers.
Make update requests.
Organizing and maintaining filing system.
Maintaining various office supplies.
Handle Travel and Visa issuance (flight reservation, Hotel booking and
transportation).
