I did my Cooperative Education Program at Tawuniya in the Human Resources Department from the 1st of January 2015 to the 6 of August 2015 (7 months total). When I first joined the company, my tasks mostly involved introductions and courses. Eventually, I was able to work on real tasks and complete them on my own, as explained in this report. In general, the activities that I performed at Tawuniya revolved around contract and payroll in the HR department; supporting and following up with colleagues; preparing paperwork and presentations; giving opinions and brainstorming; preparing comprehensive presentations.
