•Successfully led local and multinational organizations in developing and implementing company-wide Safety, quality and environmental management systems, in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and ISO 45001:2018;
•A committed auditor with an ability to generate and implement effective auditing procedures and also to evaluate MIS systems for efficiency. Having a successful track record of checking a Departments records, bookkeeping to identify efficiency improvements that maximize assignments profitability
•Expert knowledge of all government regulations and safe work practices.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to teach and motivate personnel to use safe practices and understand regulations.
Implementation of Parsons Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet the standards of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
Liaise with the operational managers to support the development, delivery and maintenance of the IMS at the local level.
Manage the system to ensure that work activities required under the IMS are completed on time and in the manner originally intended.
Organize and distribute the documentation for the IMS Management Review.
Work proactively with the Compliance team to ensure that a system is developed and maintained that meets the requirements of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Teams.
Report on the performance of the IMS to directors, senior managers and other interested parties.
Identify training needs related to the IMS, with course either developed in-house or sourced externally.
Ensure full compliance with all Company policies and procedures including health and safety and employment.
Implement the project audit schedule for all multi-disciplinary systems, products and/or processes on the construction task force including the contractors' organizations at the jobsites.
Assist in the development and review of the project Quality Program documentation manuals, work processes and reporting of quality records management of quality documents.
Assist in developing a jobsite orientation program to ensure the project team is familiar with the requirements of the Project Quality Program.
Prepare and issue audit reports noting system non-conformances and verifying effective corrective/preventative actions.
Deliver audit assessment findings to the management and evaluate the need for any corrective / preventative action.
Assess Contractors / sub-contractors' capabilities to meet the Quality & Safety requirements of the project as required.
Ensure proper turnover of complete quality control package (s\}. Responsible for ensuring that turnover documentation is maintained, organized and turned over on schedule.

•Develop an annual Corporate Audit Programme.

Implementing and monitoring the Company HSE Plan, Quality Plan, Policy and Procedures by conducting regular audits and site/facilities inspections. Make emergency planning and ensure its implementation, perform inspection of unsafe condition and acts, promote elimination and prevention of accidents, incidents, occupational illnesses and risks at workplace.
