- Condition & Monitoring GE MS-5002 C a gas turbine compressor, Screw compressor for air instrument, Reciprocating compressor for fuel gas turbine compressor, DPDU compressor for rich gas at BS-180 Kuwait Oil Company (Booster Station 180 KOC).
- Ensure reliability GE MS-5002 C a gas turbine compressor, Screw
compressor for air instrument, Reciprocating compressor for fuel gas turbine compressor, DPDU compressor for rich gas.
- Drains equipment of any residual fluids, chemicals, milled materials etc. Ensures that all residues is drained off appropriately, to enable a clean and safe working environment.
-Prepared reports and recommendation to section head and engineering for corrective action.
- Minimize defect on units.
- Maintain and oversee the critical parts for Rotating equipment at BS-180 plant.
- Assist other team leader on execution such as Preventive Maintenance 1000 & 8000 hours repair maintenance, lubrication, inspection and Trouble Shoot For GE MS-5002 C a gas turbine compressor, Screw compressor for air instrument, Reciprocating compressor for fuel gas turbine compressor, DPDU compressor for rich gas.
- Supporting Vibration team to analysis and estimate the reliability a gas turbine engine to prevent unplanned shutdown due to vibration on units.
- Assist start up and shut down DPDU (Dew Point Depressuration Unit) Compressor at BS 180 Kuwait oil company area
- Assist start up and shut down a gas turbine (GE MS-5002 C) for driven compressor
- Weekly trial for Fire water pump.
- Montly trial for emergency Generator Diesel.
- Check and inspection DPDU equipment such as chiller, chiller ko drum, gas exchanger, slug catcher, scrubber, and condensat separator.
- Lock-out equipment to ensure a safe working environment at all activities in accordance with company safety procedures and manufacturers.
- Removes lock-out to reactivate equipment Coordinates with Plant Operator to observe and test-run equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Reviewing the hazards and control of the work permit before the permit is approved by the section head

- Maintain and oversee the critical parts for SOLAR a gas turbine engine at station.
- Support trouble shoot and diagnose cause of mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventative and corrective maintenance at the other station.

- Replaces and adjusts packing and seals. Performs routine and preventive maintenance on specialty equipment
- Replacement and install Solar gas turbine, Repaired / Recondition turbine component, Stripping Down Compressor, boroscope inspection, alignment between engine and compressor, recondition and installed Lube Oil Pneumatic stater, auxiliary seal oil pneumatic stater, Pneumatic motor stater, inspect and cleaned fuell nozlle, repair and installed Main lube Oil pump, repair and installed main seal oil pump, repair seal gas and seal oil regulator, replace and repair bleeder valve and drain valve, recondition and installed bearing capsule for compressor, recondition primary valve, replace secondary valve, replace fuel gas control valve, etc.
