• Compiling documents for clearing the goods from port
• Informing customers of ETA or ETD of consignment
• Cross-checking the delivery with third-party
• Preparation of following documents:
 Shipping Bills
 Certificate of origin (CO)
 Bill of lading
 Landing Certificate
 Octroi Payment
 Customer invoice
 Packing list
 Booking in various shipping line

 Preparing packing list and invoice for custom brokers
 Making the goods ready for onward shipping
 Checking the requirement of fumigation certificate.
 Preparing checklist for the entire export process
 Checking the drawback amount
 Determining LCL and FCL
 Collecting rates from various shipping companies and getting the best rates.
