- Manage the KALIMAT Telecom Iraq business Manages the Administrative affairs of KALIMAT Telecom in IRAQ.
- Develops and manage the implementation of strategies for the KALIMAT Telecom in order to fulfill the company growth plan.
- Maintains good relationship with all the government organizations and handle all the PR related issues of Kalimat in Baghdad region to Liaise with CMC and maintain very healthy relationship between CMC and Kalimat.
- Develops annual business plans in conjunction with the CEO of the KALIMAT, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the KALIMAT managers on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
- Adheres to all KALIMAT policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Facilitate smooth functioning of Finance function by coordinating with Head of Finance
- Facilitate smooth functioning of Sales function by coordination with Head of sale
- Managing Corporate Sales team of 25 personnel in three Governorates.
- Breakdown Corporate target per each team and per each salesman.
- Provide Sales Management with full reports for Corporate Sales activities daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
- Take part in serving, visiting & negotiating with big corporate accounts.
- Performs sales presentations; ensures resources are available for effective demos.
- Maintain corporate sales records and take the necessary measures to meet sales targets.
- Maintains positive customer relationship to maximize product/services satisfaction and obtain new sales
- Reporting the sales activities for the three sales channels (direct, indirect & corporate sales) to commercial director and company management.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales.
- Conducts sales meetings and informs sales managers of new products/services and programs/policies.
- Acts as a communicator between management and sales managers for key or urgent issues.
- Keeps managements & commercial director informed of field sales, problems, production status, competitors activities...etc.
- Supervising Sales logistics team of 7 personnel.
- Forecasting for Sales Dep. according to Market research and HQ target for Sales Dep.
- Take the necessary steps to implement Sales forecast.
- Generating PIN files for scratch cards.
- Generating PIN files for SIM cards.
- Supervising SIM cards packing process.
- Supervising logistics activities in 3 warehouses.
- Coordinating between the Company and the suppliers.
- Buying tenders from the Iraqi Ministries.
- Commercials correspondences.
- Following up the offers and proposals submitted to the Iraqi Ministries.
- Giving lectures in the fundamentals of both A.C & D.C electrical machines.
- Supervising the executing of the electrical works for the Center’s new building.
- Supervising the installation and periodic maintenance for the Vertical Glass Hardness Project.
- General maintenance for the electric furnaces and the laboratory devices used in the Center’s Labs.
