Head of the operational team of the "Presales" project within the "Shared services" entity, which manages all Capgemini projects support services in an "industrialized" approach, the "Presales" project provides support to the pre-sales’ teams in both an Agile and Lean way to accelerate bids and tenders (Technos: Digital, Automation, Cloud, Oracle, SAP ..., Sectors: Banking, Retail, Aerospace ...) and ensure time to market and a competitive advantage. - Develops the team’s (both in Morocco and India) yearly action plan and KPIs as to meet the entity goals and ensure its growth - Analyzes the day-to-day operations, ensures SLAs respect and guaranties the quality of the deliverables (initiating the bids and tenders’ response, description of the technologies and services required in the RFP / RFI, applications architecture analysis for clients, search for callable references, review and formatting of selected presentations / CVs ...) - Collection of customer needs, follow up with the team and validation of the outputs - Collection and analysis of customer feedback - Maintain a relationship with different teams, such as marketing and sales teams, work collaboratively and promote the services offered - Supervise major transformation projects for the pre-sales support team - Participate in the reporting and analysis of the activity, and implement the appropriate recommendations for continuous improvement.
