Operational Risk Management Division

• Prepare and implement annual regional audit assessment.
• Identify audit finding and offer recommended solutions relevant to business and risk.
• Ensure audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process and SAMA regulations.

IT System and Production Division
o Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage IT Disaster Recovery Plan for bank services and applications.
• Performed Disaster Recovery Exercises across all bank applications.
• Coordinate between different IT teams to build DR services along with responsibility matrix.
• Ensure the implementation and readiness of all DR infrastructure services according to business requirements.
• Establish IT Disaster Recovery services integration.
• Define, develop and write standards IT DR Policy and Procedure.
• Develop and manage IT DR exercise activities and scenarios Runbook.
• Provide the management with a monthly report state (performance, Service Availability).

• Complete the implementation of the disaster recovery applications for all Mission critical and Critical applications based on the BIA for the year 2011.
• Participated in the relocation project for the disaster recovery Datacenter from Riyadh to Jeddah.
Enterprise System Management (ESM) Section

• Enhanced the system to monitor ATM switch, machines service and availability and replenishment process.
• Developed & implement policies to monitor production servers & critical applications.
• Administrant and managed BMC performance manager with all its components.
• Developed Digital Dashboards to present online data availability and statistics of Bank services & ATM.
• Developed the required reports for the ATM business & the Bank services.
