Processing vessels’ requisitions for purchasing, delivering, clearance of new spares parts and arranging external engineers for fixing the spare parts on vessels throughout the world timely and accurately.

Conduct rigorous RFQ processes including coordinating clarifications with engineering, analyzing quotation response, completing detailed cost analyses, and preparing sourcing recommendations in accordance with the requirement of Vessel’s.

Lead negotiations including final pricing and the establishment of supply contracts agreements.

Working with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.

Sourcing, evaluating for new vendors and liaison with vendor listing (Building vendor data base).

Liaison with G.M, Superintendents, HOD and on board and shore in the whole purchasing process and its administration.

Assisting in validating contracts for spare parts & services.

Liaising with ship engineers to ensure optimal spares are purchased.

Comparing quotes received against historical pricing and summarizing offers for E.D, G.M, Superintendents and A.M approvals.

Implementing the principles of data driven smart procurement for dry dock & vessel maintenance spare parts sourcing.

Liaising, consolidate and deliver spare parts to PNSC Vessels (Tankers & Bulk Carriers) in the most cost efficient and cost effective manner timely and accurately throughout the world.

Validating invoices against PO and forward to E.D, G.M, Superintendents, and A.M for approval to payments of vendors, clearing and local agents.

Monitoring, consolidate feedback and prepare reports of the vendor performance received from vessels.

Assisting in quality internal and external audits during the year.
