in charge on 8 engineers, 30 Technicians and 25 contractors staff for 2 maintenance contractors.Conducts effectively the preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, monitors and ensures the efficient operation by regular reports, prioritizing actions and organizes work.installation of new equipment according to the operational needs, Regular control/inspection of the equipments/facilities according to regulatory/manufacturer requirements, Definition of the spare parts requirements, Detection and analysis of system problems and outages, Use the computerize maintenance management system (CMMS) to apply the maintenance plane for all systems and achieve the KPI percentage (20% corrective maintenance and 80% preventive maintenance ).

Serviceability of/and Maintenance for terminal building finishes and decoration, terminal plumping, terminal toilet units and sanitary system, terminal portable hot and cold water network, terminal fountains and reflected pools, terminal electric water heaters and circulation pumps.
