in charge on 8 engineers, 30 Technicians and 25 contractors staff for 2 maintenance contractors.Conducts effectively the preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, monitors and ensures the efficient operation by regular reports, prioritizing actions and organizes work.installation of new equipment according to the operational needs, Regular control/inspection of the equipments/facilities according to regulatory/manufacturer requirements, Definition of the spare parts requirements, Detection and analysis of system problems and outages, Use the computerize maintenance management system (CMMS) to apply the maintenance plane for all systems and achieve the KPI percentage (20% corrective maintenance and 80% preventive maintenance ).

Serviceability of/and Maintenance for terminal building finishes and decoration, terminal plumping, terminal toilet units and sanitary system, terminal portable hot and cold water network, terminal fountains and reflected pools, terminal electric water heaters and circulation pumps.
Human resources including preparation and dispatch of staff planning, appropriate training and good assessments of individual’s knowledge, skills and potential, Participate in planning of employee’s requirements and implementation of approved training plan, employees vacations, employees’ breaks, back up for absent employees, annual appraisal, Ensures all staff are working in safe and healthy environment, Makes sure the AIG internal by-laws and/or circulars/instructions and/or Jordanian labor law are followed/respected by all staff members .

Representing the Investor at QAIA in Partial Terminal Opening (PTO) and Post PTO for Electrical, Mechanical and Civil.
IT/ ELV and fire engineering Airport Systems design approval, installation, testing, commissioning and handing over, BMS including all system interfaces and high level integration, FAS : including cause and effect matrix will all interfaced systems and based on civil defense cods and QAIA evacuation plane, Fire engineering Airport systems: water base firefighting system, portable fire extinguishers, fire axe, fire suppression system(FM200, Co2, NOVEC), fire oscillating monitors, Handing over/applying all Civil Defense requirements in the fire alarm and firefighting network, Site supervision and participation in necessary inspections, Review technical documents submitted by the contractor (shop drawings, method statements, material submittal, etc.)

• Follow up the progress of check-in and boarding, passengers flow in the terminals. Keeps on permanent touch with the airside management and landside controller on order to forecast any impact in the terminal.
• Direct OCC personnel to ensure an efficient day-to-day operation along with a time responsive and cost effective process for AIG and its partners.
