Supervise daily manpower status both for direct & indirect staff & updation of mobilization status.
Updating status of the assigned projects and forward the same to the concerned project / site manager and all other concerned personnel for their information and updates
Deployment of newly mobilized manpower as per project requirement
Data feeding of selected, mobilized and demobilized personals on daily basis.
Issuance of Employee number and joining of newly arrived employees
Intimate concerned project about new arrivals
Forward joining reports to the concerned project and HRD of new arrivals.
To collect the establishment registers report from all Projects on fortnightly basis to update / reconcile the data.
To collect the performance appraisals of the demobilized manpower and update the databank accordingly.
Coordination with all Projects (Dolphin, Olefin, Shell GTL, SIDEM, Qatalum etc.) for on roll and Required Manpower
Preliminary Short listing and Screening of the Candidate Pool
Dealing with more then 08 Manpower agents of 6 countries in order to generate the applicant pool against the requirement
Arranging Demand letters and power of attorneys for Manpower Agents for timely clearance from immigration and mobilization
Issuing Inter Project Movement Orders considering the requirement analysis report
Trouble shooting and guidance to Incharge Administrations of all projects to cope up with legal and critical issues in the light of company polices.
Prepare Documents for Exit (Kharooj) Process for Leave / Terminates / Resigned cases
Maintain Manpower Data Bank (Data Base)
Report generation from Database
