-Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
-Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions.
-Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
-Identify training and development opportunities.
-Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
-Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR related reports to the top management.
-Provide basic counseling to staff that have performance related obstacles.
-Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans, specifically succession plans.
-Provide staff orientations
-Prepare all letters needed for employees (hiring letters, placement letters, warning letters…ETC).
-Monitor daily attendance.
- recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Employees Relations:
- Drafting all HR Letters (Salary Certificates/Adjustments/Warnings/…)
- Keep the Approval Path of HR Documents and assure accurate records
- Attendance Management (Leave Forms/Records/Calculations for Company Payroll...)
- Leave Plan Management (Annual Spreadsheet Update)
- Report Employees Complaints
- Draft the Dept.Memorandums for circulation
Recruitment:
- Draft Job Descriptions(under supervision of line managers)
- Scouring CVs (through Free website Ads/ paid Ads/Social Media)
- Grading of Selected CVs
- Interview Scheduling
- Conducting Initial Interviews
- Conduct New Employees Induction
